Sobremesa Brûlée Wagashi

Sweet, but too spicy for me. Feel like I have wasabi on my lips.

Not nearly as nuanced or interesting as they standard brulee, or the blue. However, it was still an excellent smoke with a perfect draw and smoke production. I feel like there was more of a nic hit on the retro than the aforementioned two. I did have some canoeing and a stem that made it difficult to roll the ash off. It was an overall solid smoke with some good oak and cedar flavors, blanched almond, and a hint of spice. If this were side by side the other two brulee and they were all the same price, I'd probably flip a coin for one of the other two but don't let that scare you away from trying this one.

Cream, nuts, and coffee. A very smooth profile all the way through. Easy draw, clean burn, great experience.
