Nice smooth smoke. Not heavy on the palate. Distinct notes of chocolate and cherry in the first third, but The cherry is very distinctly "Cordial cherry." Old, musty wood And hay on the retrohale. Strong ash. Perfect draw. Exceptional construction. Getting into the 2/3, I start to notice cinnamon and graham cracker with a sweet finish. Molasses, honey, and sweet cream. Hints of ale. Thus far, no drink because I've been enjoying the flavors.
