I have heard many hobbyists say stay away from Gurkha. I watched a YouTube video where the vice president said to give Gurkha another chance we have drastically improved our product. We sell 6 million cigars a year for a reason. I thought why not so I bought the entire core line. This is my second one and the burn issues, flaky ash, wrapper defects, acrid and or astringent off flavors makes me realize the overly unbalanced woodiness helps hide those flavor defects. am I off base? Is this isolated to perhaps them not being properly cared for? I’m not positive and to be fair and sure I have another 11 to smoke of different ones.
