Macanudo

The flavor was on the mild side, but nice. The main notes were creamy coffee with a mild nuttiness. The draw was nice, but the burn was a little unpredictable. It started out even, but developed a run or two in the duration of the smoke. I think this would have paired better with some coffee. The Jamesons overpowered it a bit.

Macanudo

The wrapper seemed pretty dry compared to others in my humidor and had a small crack in it which only got worse as I smoked it. The flavor was fairly strong and peppery at the start, but mellowed a tad about halfway through. This was purchased in the Inspirado sampler, and was the most robust of the package. I started off with a v-cut but the draw seemed a bit tight. I opened it up with a straight cut and the draw was great.
