El Gueguense The Wise Man

Bought 3 of these in Nov. '22. The first was unsmokable after 2 weeks in the humidor. Very poor draw. Similar experience with #2 after 9 months. This one sat for 16 months, started out rough (draw, burn) but sorted itself out about 1/3 of the way in. Once it got going, it was a very nice true medium bodied smoke. Consistent, straight forward flavor, but what you have to go through to get there is just not right. The blend is quite good. The rollers need some remedial training.

Great flavor and awesome stick. I’ll definitely revisit this one. Only down side was a bit of a tight draw and a bit of a funky, uneven burn. Had to relight twice because of having to put it down for an extended time. Enjoyed this greatly and would definitely recommend.

Really hard draw. Had to relight and trim multiple time to get to burn right. Well give another chance, but it may take a while

Nice full draw. Sweet woody notes with a slightly spicy finish. I prefer the Maduro, but this is a nice cigar.

Plain tobacco and hey flavor, nothing special.
