Smoked May 10, 2023 for 1 hr 18 mins
I know that lots of people smoke toros often, but for me, this is a big cigar. I'm used to robustos or smaller, so this 54 gauge toro is a real treat. A nice leathery, earthy base with cedar and pepper which is especially noticeable in the retrohale. The burn is consistent all around and the ash dropped after about an inch and a half to two inches. The draw gives some resistance, but is not too tight and produces a nice amount of smoke. The second third produces a bit more of the woody cedar flavor. A loose spot around the start of the final third made the cigar run a little bit, but overall the construction was great. Overall very good cigar, especially for the price
