I'm a little surprised by this one. It reminds me a lot of the MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured, but I really didn't find it to be very enjoyable. Plenty of smoky flavor. Almost like hanging out back of the local BBQ joint. However the bourbon barrel flavors give it somewhat of a bitter taste that I found off-putting. The construction was great and there was an abundance of chewy smoke. It's just not my cup of tea.
