Great smoke for the price. Nice even burn, no touchups. Started with an expreso flavor and settled into chocolate and spice. Ended with a nutty, leather. Rich smoke from the oily maduro wrapper. I will definitely do it again. Better than expected. Paired with Captain and Coke.

This was an earthy smoke and a good change of pace for me. It wouldn't win a beauty contest, but I smoke'm, not admire them Looks aside, It was well constructed with the wrapper and filler burning evenly without any touchups. The flavor stayed consistent with no surprises either good or bad. Simply an enjoyable, easy smoke.

A descent stick for a cool, dry summer night. Taste lived up to exceptation being very smooth through out. The burn was rather erratic. First third perfect, second third some canoeing, but it self corrected. Last third needed several touchups. It was paired with Weller and both played off each other. Despite the issues, I would try it again.

The Macanudo Inspirado family has always been a reliable friend to me. The Black hit my happy spot tonight with its copious, thick smoke and strong profile. It's not best in class, but for the price it's hard to beat in my book. I paired it with a honey whiskey because I've had a sweet tooth all day. The overly sweet wiskey coupled with the rich, oily leaves of the stick had my pallette swinging wildly. (Side note: Jack Daniel Honey is terrible, but I didn't have any Wild Turkey American Honey which is much smoother.) As usual I was reading financial stuff as I puffed. It remained lit even through long periods of idling in the ash tray. No touchups needed during my 90 minute smoke. Very surprised. The draw on the first 20% was trying, but it settled into an easy draw. One of my better smokes in the last few days.

The first 2/3 was a good smoke with subtle flavors of chocolate and cashews. The burn was even but I just couldn't keep the last 1/3 lit. I'm not talking a light touchup, I'm talking a full restart. Very annoying.

I'm disappointed in myself for accepting my friends recommendation to try this. I know a Connecticut filler is too mild for me...and I was right. I rated the stick for what it is and not what I like. For those that like a mild to light smoke this is your stick! It was mellow, smooth and had a light roast coffee from start to finish. The wrapper (also Connecticut) had some leaf imperfections, but the actual wrap was impeccable. A craftsman with experience did this one! Even the cap was nearly indistinguishable from the wrapper. Kudos! The ash held well due to the construction excellence and the burn was even with no touchups. I won't buy it again, because its not me, but I recommend it for those who prefer such a smoke.

A somewhat surprising smoke. The wrapper had lots of veins showing, but it burned well and kept the inner leaves going like a good wrapper should. The shine glistened with oil make for good waffs of smoke. The flavor started mild and it its stride after the first third. The last third had a new taste and was burning funny until I realized in the dark of my patio that I was smoking the band name wrapper. After that minor correction, it finished strong. It paired nicely with my Four Roses Small Batch.

What a boring stick! Slight citrus occasionally. It did look good, with an easy draw and burned all the way evenly and with no touchup. Unfortunately it was like kissing my sister.
