La Fermentada Daily Edition

With 6 months rest, this was the first of several I've had to blow up on me. I wish I had taken a photo of it. The flavor was still present with nuts, sweet spice and pepper. Unfortunately, it took some care to keep the burn even. Pretty sure it's a one-time fluke. Smoked in Alicante Spain.

After 5 months of rest now, I pulled out the 3rd from the box. The flavor remains full of nuts, sweet spice and pepper. The draw is smoother now, the burn is fairly even, and there is more smoke.

After 3 months of rest, I pulled out the 2nd from the box. The flavor is still full of nuts and sweet spice with random notes of pepper. The draw is a little tight, the burn is fairly even, and the feel is a little firmer than before.

This one is slap full of nuts and sweet spice. Hits of pepper pop up all over as well. The draw is great, the burn is fairly even, and the feel is a tad soft. Will revisit the box after more resting.
