Very slightest hint of chocolate on test draw. Peppery on the retrohale. Has a tight ash, so no ash on your clothes accidents. Lots of nice thick smoke. Uneven burn throughout smoking session, but no relights needed. Just like the Connecticut by Rocky Patel this cigar started developing a harsh ashy taste in the final third. Overall I preferred this cigar over the Connecticut, but still wouldn't rush out to buy more. Approximate smoking time was 75 minutes.
