A descent stick for a cool, dry summer night. Taste lived up to exceptation being very smooth through out. The burn was rather erratic. First third perfect, second third some canoeing, but it self corrected. Last third needed several touchups. It was paired with Weller and both played off each other. Despite the issues, I would try it again.

Very Bold

I generally like this brand. This was my first 1968. We had great weather here in Cleveland so something named after the Summer of Love seemed fitting. The wrapper had a lot of veins so it didn't win the beauty contest. The burn started well, but started canoeing midway (probably my fault) and then settled back to an even burn. The flavor was mellow with a bit of leather at the start and slight citrus throughout. The overall flavor improved as it burned down. I bought this back in October and its been in a sealed bag with a 68% humidity pack until today. I prefer a thicker smoke profile but this was enjoyable.
