Cojonu 2012 Tuxtla San Andres

Lighter flavor and draw than expected - neither in a bad way but expected more out of the flavor at least based on appearance and initial aroma. Flavor feels like it wants to be deeper (hints of pepper) but just never crests the hill. Drink: Cumbre Malpais Stout

This is a great blend in the Cojonu 2012 line up. The profile consists of dark coffee with touches of leather and pepper. The construction is solid with a very smooth draw that leads to a fairly even burn throughout.
