A strong little campfire of a smoke! Legit tastes like you are eating the smoke off the end of a roasting stick. Very interesting indeed. Combined with good smooth tobaccos, it's an intriguing variance from the norm.
This is absolutely in the top tier of my favorites. Only the last third gets a bit of harshness. Aside from that, it’s flavorful and smooth throughout.
I was first introduced to these little guys as an add-on to an order of Undercrown sungrowns. I liked the wood flavor in the leaf from the fire curing process.
I've always had some of these in my humidor since. Especially, when I just want a quick smoke.
Nice light colored, tight ash. The draw was a little tight, probably a 7 on the Swanson scale, but I never had an uneven burn, or the need to purge. Good solid little smokes!
Initial couple of draws, I didn’t enjoy. Pairing with Elijah Craig bourbon. Continued with Yuengling Largar, not bad. Nice draw, stayed lit. Based on my experience I wouldn’t buy again
Paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch Whisky United States
Definitely a unique flavor. Good cigar but not the best smelling. Leathery with a hint of chocolate and dark roast. Burn and draw were excellent. Well constructed. For a $4 cigar I’m very impressed. I would however store these in a humidor by themselves as the smell is really unique. Not a bad smell just very different.
