Street Tacos Barbacoa

An interesting mix of spice, some saltiness, and a hint of something similar to a savory meat (umami maybe?). Well constructed, smooth draw, and very slow even burn. Unique but a pleasant to the taste.

Meh. Strong but lacking smoothness. Not a fan.
