Padron 7000 maduro. Cedar. Spice. Chocolate. Retro is all of the above. A thick stick.

Leathery, chocolate and another strong taste I can’t identify (earthy -maybe?). Light cedar. Pepper on the retro. Good smoke production.

Drew Estate

Liga No 9 Robusto. Leathery, spice, cedar in the first third. Chocolate, leather in the middle third. Very mild black pepper, cocoa, espresso, cream throughout. Nice cedar on the retro. Wrapper was unrolling on me; I didn’t feel I took much off the cap with the cut? -definitely would try this again.

Espinosa

Mild to moderate pepper on the retrohale. Leather throughout. Little bit of nuttiness.

Espinosa

Strong pepper especially the first third, calming down in the middle third. Moderate chocolate throughout. Light earthiness in the middle third. Creamy coffee and chocolate in middle and last thirds nicely balances the pepper. Strong pepper retrohale in the first third, slightly less in the middle. Great stick!

Oliva

Consistent throughout, I didn’t feel it developed at all throughout. Mild flavor that I can’t put a flavor to. I thought it ran a little hot.

Arturo Fuente

Great clean white ash. Great burn without touch ups. Graham crackers, coffee and chocolate in the first third; light pepper on the retrohale throughout. More earthy and woodsy in the second and final third.
