Definitely improved with age 11 month's of humidor time. Burn and draw fantastic. Leather and cocoa with good creamy flavor. I would keep these in my humidor

Can’t go wrong with anything from My Father. This is definitely one of my favorites. First third didn’t want to stay lit and had very little smoke but after that it burnt great. Love having this cigar with a sweeter or chocolatey drink.

The cigar starts to get spicy towards the last third

Leathery with some spice and coco notes. Very firm with a perfect draw and burn. Overall a really pleasant experience.

1st 3rd heavy on the barn yard and mineral. 2nd third more leather and chocolate definitely more mellow . Retro with black pepper not over powering. Final 3rd back to mineral and leather. Good transitions. Great burn draw and construction. Not the if it's something I'd got back to but I have 4 more. Will see if humidor time improves experience. At 2 months currently.

A very earthy cigar with salty dark chocolate. The draw is almost too smooth, as I would expect it a little stiffer on something with such thick flavor. However, the burn stayed pretty even. Great appearance, with a slightly spongy construction.

Presentation is as expected with a Don Pepin blend, Exceptional! At light up, the draw from the V-cut is loose allowing copious amounts of smoke on each draw with a medium finish. Pepper and leather on the palette with a chocolate undertone and subtle sweetness. As the first third progresses toasty earth is added and the pepper takes a step back. Chocolate is still there with a little more toasted caramel sweetness. The aroma smells of caramel. At the start of the 2nd third a creamy coffee note moves to the front with toast, earth, chocolate and leather. Salted caramel is an undertone and there is a hint of white pepper. Near the end of the 2nd third there is cinnamon and cedar on the retrohale. The salted caramel has turned into a sweetened espresso. This thing is delicious! The burn has fallen slightly behind on one side requiring a slight touch up, expected for a soft box press. Smoke is creamy, chewy with a long finish. In the final third the pepper has picked up changing from white pepper to black pepper and the sweet undertone is barely there on the palette. There is still creamy espresso, toasted earth, and ceder on the palette. Cinnamon and cedar on the retrohale and a subtle sweetness. The strength has ramped up and there is a tingle on the tongue. Lots of chewy smoke on the draw with a long finish. Here at the end if final third the sweetness is gone. Rich cacao, cedar and a lot of toast on the palette. Cedar, black pepper and cinnamon on the retrohale. Chocolate comes on the long finish. The smoke is warming up ever so slightly. The burn keeps trailing on the same side as before and has required 3 touch ups. There is a flavor I can't name on the retrohale that I have enjoyed since the first third. Overall this smoke has been quite tasty. I would definitely recommend the Le Bijou 1922. This is at least 5-pack worthy!

Great smoke, but it was not burning consistently. Approximately a 2 hour smoke.

Difficult draw and the wrapper exploded once I got outside. I didn’t box it beforehand so it’s probably my fault. Uneven burn also but it was windy.

Great flavor, great construction, superb stick. Another great stick from My Father.

Really petite, that robusto. Strength and leather and always changing in profile. Real nice cigar, even if not fully my cup of tea

Definitely a very well made cigar. The draw wasn’t great but maybe I should have cut it back farther. It was a torpedo and I wanted to maintain the shape as much as possible. Burn was just ok, but I was outside and the wind was swirling a bit. Flavor was good and had a chocolate flavor throughout. Got spicier toward the final third. I will be giving this one another try in a more controlled environment.

Not strong enough, multiple relights/burn issues

A solid smoke. I'm not surprised by it being awarded "Cigar of the year". The draw was a little tight and the strength and pepper were a little more than what I would reach for on a daily basis, but I can surely see why it pleases the masses.

Delicious as expected! I was super excited to give this one a try and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely a great variant of the My Father line.
