#GFY Lancero Collection

Pulled out the #GFY candela from the collection this time. The wrapper was cracked (none of the others have been), but it still burned very well surprisingly. The sweet grassy tone shines through without the normal bitterness that some candelas have. Turned out to be a decent smoke.

The #L9 blend does not seem to have as much profound flavor of some of the others. There is a somewhat sweeter town with a mild sense of spice. The construction, draw, and burn do remain consistent however, just like the others.

#L8 produces an immediate punch of dark coffee and cocoa. There's a slight tingle on the back of the tongue that portrays a mild bit of pepper. Although the blend is not technically sweet, there is something like molasses that comes through at times. Very toothy on the ash.

#L7 is a smokey blend in general. There's an interesting bbq-smoke-pit nature to the flavor, as if inhaling the smoke off the charcoal grill. Weird, but also good. A ton of smoke output, decent burn.

The #L6 blend is an odd one. The flavor is primarily of burnt, not charred, wood. Extra notes of odd floral tang and spice are added at times. The draw is tighter than the others and seems to miss the mark just a little.

#L5 blend lancero - full of super smooth cocoa, nutmeg, and almond. A back end of bright pepper shows up after about an inch. This blend is phenomenal overall.

The #L4 blend is a little weird. The notes immediately start with string hay. Mild pepper notes appear with a little bitterness, and random notes of something floral pop up at times.

The #L3 blend stars with immediate intense pepper. Further notes of citrus and subtle wood tones appear after. Good draw and burn.

The #L2 blend is super smooth with a somewhat nutty profile, clean tobacco notes, and almost no pepper. Easy draw and perfect burn.
